Bofengtech guarantees that, under the following conditions, customers may request Replacement Service or Warranty Repair Service.

You Can Request a Replacement Service

  1. Unopened Products – Return/Exchange within 7 Days
    Within 7 days of purchase, if the product remains unopened, customers may return or exchange the product without any specific reason.

    Shipping fees and any applicable taxes/tariffs will be borne by the customer.

  2. Opened Products without Quality Issues – No Return/Exchange
    Within 7 days of purchase, if the product has been opened but shows no distinct issues, we do not offer return or exchange services.

  3. Products with Major Quality Issues – Return/Exchange within 7 Days
    Within 7 days of purchase, if the product shows significant quality issues, we offer unconditional return or exchange.
    The customer must provide proof of damage, such as inspection reports or visual evidence.

    Shipping fees will be covered by Bofengtech.

  4. Missing Accessories – Report within 7 Days
    If any accessories are missing from the package upon delivery, please contact our after-sales support within 7 days.
    We will arrange reshipment.

    Shipping fees will be covered by Bofengtech.

  5. Issues After 7 Days – Warranty Repair Applies
    If the product develops quality issues after 7 days from the delivery confirmation date, we will provide repair or replacement part service according to the warranty policy.

    • Within warranty period:

      Free maintenance. Initial shipping fees covered by Bofengtech.

    • Outside warranty period:

      Maintenance fees and shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

SERVICE ASSURANCE AND RIGHTS PROTECTION STATEMENT

Bofengtech After-Sales Policy: Product and Part Replacement Exclusions

Under the following circumstances, Bofengtech reserves the right to deny product or part replacement service as part of the after-sales support:

  1. Missing or Invalid Proof of Purchase
    If the customer cannot provide valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice), or if the provided documents are suspected of being forged or altered.

  2. Tampering with Product Identifiers
    If product labels, serial numbers, or water damage indicators are found to be tampered with or altered, making product authenticity or warranty status unverifiable.

  3. Damage Due to Human Factors
    The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect usage, installation, or maintenance contrary to the user manual or product guide

    • Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly

    • Accidental damage such as impacts, drops, submersion, or improper storage

    • Use of non-original accessories, parts, or consumables

    • Use of incorrect power supplies or voltages that do not meet product specifications

  4. Force Majeure Situations
    Product failures or damage caused by force majeure events are not covered. These may include (but are not limited to):

    • Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, or fires

    • War, riots, strikes, or civil unrest

    • Government actions or regulations

    • Other unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the control of either party

At Bofengtech, we are committed to providing reliable, timely, and professional after-sales service to our customers. When a product or part requires replacement under warranty, the following policies apply:


Product and Part Replacement

  • When a product or part is replaced under the after-sales policy, the original (faulty) item becomes the property of Bofengtech, and the replacement item becomes the property of the customer.

  • Only unaltered and unmodified Bofengtech products and parts are eligible for replacement.


Quality Assurance on Replacements

  • Replacement products or parts provided by Bofengtech will be in proper working condition, and functionally equivalent to the original item.

  • The warranty period of a replacement item shall be the remaining duration of the original product’s warranty.


Use of Personal Contact Information and Data

By requesting service under this policy, you authorize Bofengtech to collect and use your contact information (such as name, phone number, address, and email) strictly for the purpose of providing after-sales support.

  • All information will be kept strictly confidential and used only by authorized Bofengtech service personnel.

  • Bofengtech does not disclose, transfer, or share customer data with any third parties without explicit consent, unless required by applicable laws or regulations.

  • We are committed to protecting customer privacy in accordance with relevant data protection regulations.


Essential Information

1. Classification of Unlisted Components
If, during the service process, components not explicitly listed under the warranty category are encountered, Bofengtech’s after-sales service team will evaluate and determine the appropriate handling method.

2. Applicability of This Policy
This policy applies only to retail products purchased directly from Bofengtech.
If the product was purchased through a reseller, distributor, or is second-hand, please refer to the corresponding seller’s service policy.

3. Packaging Materials
Packaging materials such as cartons, foam inserts, and paper supports are classified as consumables. These may become damaged during transportation and are not covered by warranty.
If you require replacement packaging for transportation or storage, please contact our after-sales service team.

4. Policy Interpretation Right
The final interpretation of this policy is held by Bofengtech (Changsha).
We aim to ensure fairness, transparency, and professional standards in all after-sales service activities.
